Friends of the Jupiter Symphony There is nothing so inspiring as a first-rate live performance of great music presented in an intimate setting at affordable prices. The Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players provides concert-goers with all of these wonderful things. Audience members at concert after concert report, enthusiastically, how much they enjoy the music, the players, the setting. The Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players perform not only well-known, well-loved repertoire, but also great works that are lesser known. Founder Jens Nygaard was always on a constant search for fine composers caught, for whatever reason, in the byways of musical history. We present their works to both the delight of our audiences and to critical acclaim. The Jupiter Symphony Chamber Players is a non-profit organization [501(c)3] that depends primarily on foundation grants and donations from individuals to make our concerts possible. Ticket sales (our only source of earned income) cover only a small percentage of our costs. Help us continue to grow, reach out to new audiences, seek out and present works outside the standard repertoire, and give talented young performers the opportunity to shine.
